The right of use of the brand or name ALUBOND USA / ALUBOND / MULK HOLDINGS is fully withdrawn from Alubond Aluminyum Kompozit San and any continued use of the above brands will be considered as counterfeit products.
A. S. is banned from producing/selling or in any possible way using of Alubond composit panels, or any product with ALUBOND USA trademark.
Beware that any production, selling or buying of composit panels with ALUBOND USA trademark from Alubond Aluminyum Kompozit Panel San. Tic. A. S. Or any other company shall be considered as Fake products lacking any product warranty from Alubond or Mulk Holdings and a serious intellectual property infrigement. We reserve our rights to take legal action on both the buyer and the seller.
It has come to our notice that company Aldom Group against any law principles continues to use Alubond USA / Mulk Holdings trademark and strict legal action in line with the Turkish and international law will be enforced.
For existing buildings that are at risk of spreading fires, Ul Mulk proposed a solution where the bitumen paint from the surface of the building would be scraped off and recoated with a water-based coating; cavity barriers should be erected every three floors; LDPE core cladding be removed; and silicon-free panels installed.
